At this time, we only ship to the United States and U.S. territories.
All shipping at Wildly Fair is FREE! We will ship your order within 2-3 business days via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Monthly subscription orders will ship by the 7th of each month.
We do our very best to describe each item thoroughly and provide you with accurate photos. The artisans who make these Wildly Fair items are incredibly talented, so you will find they are actually even better in person. If for some reason you don't love your Wildly Fair purchase, please let us know via our contact form within 30 days, and you can send it back to us for a credit.
Because subscription boxes are gifted, they are unable to be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damage via our contact form, we will happily replace it with a new one at no charge.
If you do not receive your order, please let us know. We will trace the package to see where it may have ended up. If the shipper can verify delivery, we are not responsible for the package.
