How much is shipping?

We are saying this right up front: FREE! Yep, you read that correctly, all items on Wildly Fair ship to the United States and U.S. territories for FREE! So, shop away knowing that the price you see is the final price. 

 

What is an Ornament Subscription?

It's a gift that keeps giving for months and who doesn't want to get a gift every month?  You choose the duration of the subscription -- 3, 6, or 12 months and a specially chosen Wildly Fair collection and we do the rest! The recipient of this wild gift will get a handmade ornament at the beginning of each month in a really cute Wildly Fair-branded box with a Fun Facts Card. Ornament subscriptions are perfect gifts for newlyweds, grandchildren, mothers-in-law, friends, and even business associates.  When the box arrives, they will go wild!

  

How do I give an Ornament Gift Subscription to someone?

It's easy! Just visit our Ornament Subscription page and select a collection, then choose your subscription length on the product page, and be sure to enter your recipient's name and address on the checkout page. We'll take care of the rest.

  

Do I get billed every month for the Ornament Subscriptions?

Our Ornament Subscription Boxes are a one-time purchase. You will be charged a one-time cost when placing your order. When you purchase a subscription, your recipient will receive multiple deliveries based on the subscription duration (3, 6, or 12 months). This is a one-time purchase, no matter the duration of the gift. You will not be charged monthly, or have to worry about auto-renewals. There are no cancellations. If the recipient has moved or would like the subscription to arrive at another address, they simply have to let us know. Remember, our Ornament Subscriptions are gifts, that means they are not returnable. If one of our “wild and wonderful” ornaments arrives injured, please contact us so that we can send out a replacement immediately.

  

Can I have my Ornament Gift Subscription sent as soon as I place my order?

All subscription boxes will be sent within the first week of the month after they are purchased. For example, if you purchase in December, the subscription will start in January and continue for 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the length of the subscription you choose.

 

When will my order ship?

We strive to have a really quick turnaround. Individual gifts and curated boxes will ship within 1-4 days of placing your order. Ornament subscriptions will ship the first week of each month. So no matter when you order an ornament subscription, the first shipment will be sent the following month. Our boxes are sent through USPS First Class mail. It typically takes 3-4 business days to arrive. 

 

What if I don't know my recipient's email address for the Ornament Subscription?

We only require a name and shipping address for your gift recipient.  When they receive their first gift, we will include information about how to update their shipping address if necessary. They can also contact us through the website.

 

Can a gift recipient change their shipping address during their subscription period?

Yes, a gift recipient can change their shipping address any time during their subscription by contacting us.

  

Can I send more than one Ornament Gift Subscription?

You sure can! But if they are going to different addresses, you will have to complete each subscription sale individually. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our system will not permit us to process multiple sales to different addresses. 

 

What is the difference between the Curated Gift Boxes and the Ornament Subscriptions?

Our curated gift boxes contain some of our favorite artisan-made products, in addition to fair trade ornaments. We hand-select them with special themes in mind. We will also offer limited edition boxes throughout the year. Curated boxes are a one-time shipment and they will be sent a few days after payment.

An ornament subscription is the gift that keeps giving, month after month. A single ornament will be sent in a really cute branded box along with a Fun Facts Card. We have discounted the price of each ornament in the 6- and 12-month subscription boxes. We will offer different subscription collections yearly, as well as a few limited edition collections. By the way, we are the ONLY ornament subscription service!

 

If I send a Subscription Box, how do I know what ornaments will be sent and when?

After you choose a collection, you will notice each ornament in that collection is assigned a month. All subscription boxes are sent out the first week of each month. This means, no matter when you order a subscription, the ornament will ship during the first week of the following month. For example, if you order the Backyard Bird Subscription on April 7th, the Painted Bunting will ship on the first week of May.

 

What are Fun Facts Cards?

Fun Facts Cards are a fun way to learn more about the wild and wonderful animals that are represented on our website. They will be included in every Ornament Subscription Box.

  

What happens if something was damaged in shipping?

Contact us and include a photo of the damage and we will get a replacement out to you promptly.

  

Can I send a gift outside of the US?

Wildly Fair is currently available for delivery within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, nor any international locations, but we are working on it!

 

If I send a 12 month gift this year and want to send another next year, will they get some of the same ornaments?

Each of our collections will include the same ornaments from year to year, but we offer more than one option for the most popular themed collections, like Backyard Birds, so you can choose a different collection each year. We will release new collections and Limited Edition Collections throughout the year.

  

What is Fair Trade?

Fair trade is an approach to business and to development based on dialogue, transparency, and respect that seeks to create greater equity in the international trading system.  Fair trade businesses partner with farmers and craftspeople in developing countries who are socially and economically marginalized in finding markets and customers for their goods.  

  

Are ornaments just for Christmas?

Not these! Although some ornaments are holiday inspired, the vast majority of them are not. Think outside the box!  Hang one from your rear-view mirror, spice up a house plant, decorate a bookshelf, tie one on a package, hang one on a spring wreath. They are too cute to put away 11 months of the year!

 

How do you handle returns?

We do our very best to describe each item as well as provide you with accurate photos. The artisans who make these Wildly Fair items are incredibly talented so you will find they are actually even better in person. If for some reason you don't love your Wildly Fair purchase, please let us know and you can send it back to us for a credit. Because subscription boxes are gifted, they are unable to be returned. The only exception is damaged items.

 

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If you do not receive your order, please let us know. We will track the package to see where it may have ended up. If the shipper can verify delivery, we are not responsible for the package.
