Mouse Balsa Ornament

Mice are the most common mammal in the US. These little rodents are great swimmers, climbers, jumpers, they can squeeze through spaces as wide as a pencil. Contrary to popular belief, they do not like cheese. They prefer grains, fruits and seeds.

Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand-carved and then painted with non-toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
