African Elephant Field Bag
African Elephant Field Bag
The African elephant is the largest land animal in the world! There are actually two types of African elephants: the Bush or Savannah and the Forest. They get their names from where they live. The Bush elephant is larger and its tusks curve upward, and the Forest elephant’s tusks point downward. Sadly, both are endangered.
Our African Elephant Field Bag is designed to hold a field guide, keys, wallet, and water bottle. These bags are perfect for birdwatchers, hikers, zoo docents, or your favorite nature enthusiast. Made of 100% hand-loomed cotton, all bags have a 1.5" black nylon webbing strap (adjustable to 62"), side pen holder, and back zipper pocket. Roomy enough to fit a small field guide and water bottle or a larger guide like The Sibley Guide to Birds. The bag's interior is scoop-shaped, making it easy to quickly grab your field guide before that bird flies away. Bag dimensions: 8" wide x 10" tall with a 2" gusset. Handmade with love by women artisans in Nepal who have been empowered to lift themselves out of poverty through dignified work. Fair trade.
