Blue Macaw Balsa Ornament

Macaws are the largest of the parrots. Known for being loud and having beautiful colors they are hard to miss in the rainforest. Their wing span can be 5 ft long. When they fall in love, it is forever. Like our fingerprint, their appearance is one of a kind.

Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand-carved and then painted with non-toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
