Goldfish Balsa Ornament

Goldfish like slow-moving fresh water where they can eat aquatic plants, insects, and larvae. A group of Goldfish is called a troubling. When most people think of goldfish, they think of a pet in a bowl, but they are found in the wild as well.

Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand-carved and then painted with non-toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
