The great white shark is at the top of the food chain—only the orca should concern this beast. However, they are at risk because of us. Humans illegally hunt and overfish them, but we need them to keep our oceans in balance.
These shiny sand-cast sculptures are created out of old car parts and scrap aluminum collected from garbage dumps in Nicaragua. Using an age-old sand-casting process, the metal is melted down, cast, and then polished to perfection. This recycled shark is bound to create a conversation wherever it is displayed.
